Request period
Before exchange/return the products, please contact the customer service center to discuss the reasons, method of shipping, shipping fee, shipping address, etc.
- In case the customer is not satisfied with the products’ quality, products can be returned to the suppliers within 7 days after the products have been delivered (customer will cover the shipping fee)
- In case of errors during to manufacturing, products’ quality does not match the advertisements, products can be returned within 30 days after the products have been delivered, or 30 days since noticing the products do not match with the advertisement. (customer will cover the shipping fee)
Reasons for non-return/exchange
Products cannot be returned in the following cases.
1. Pass the return/exchange period
2. Lost, broken products on the customers’ side (except for opening the package for checking)
3. Products’ quality have been tampered after opening (ex: food, cosmetics, perfume, records, etc)
4. Products have been used significantly after opening
5. Products pass the EXP and are not the same price at the beginning
6. For custom order, in case the products are being manufacturing after confirmation from the customers (if the suppliers decide unrecovered lost and received consent that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised due to such a schedule)
7. Packaging cannot be recovered
8. Customers select the wrong products while ordering
- Cancellation of order may be restricted if it falls under the reasons for restrictions on withdrawal of subscription under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., and other cases that are objectively recognized as equivalent.
9. Exchange, return, warranty conditions and quality assurance standards for products
- In accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards (Notified by the Fair Trade Commission) and related laws.
10. Issues related to the handling of consumer damage compensation, handling of complaints about goods, etc., and handling of disputes between buyers and sellers.
